St.Thomas Moore Primary School, Victoria.

A multi purpose building was constructed only to find the space was highly reverberant and not conducive to teaching or holding school functions.
Tests were carried out showing an extended reverberation time.

QuietSCAPE fabric panels were flush mounted onto the ceiling between each portal and on either side of the ridge. The panels had to be able to withstand low impact pressure as the area was used for a range of activities.

The end result was substantial, lowering the reverberation time by over 3 seconds. This now allows the staff and pupils to enjoy the space making learning a positive experience.

“The panels have made an unbelievable difference.”  –  Teacher
